SMS Send is a freeware application to send a SMS message to a mobile phone all over the world for free! To use this little SMART tool, you need an Internet connection with a Static IP address (DSL, cable, etc.).
SMS Send uses a free SOAP service from Oracle, therefore you need also a free Oracle Network account. You can simple create an account from the SMS Send settings panel.
Since Oracle has stopped their Web Service, SMS Send doesn't work! When another free service will be available a new version of SMS Send will support it!
